Yes that's all I've added so far. Adds some sorely missed low end. The unit and install was about $320. The car is in storage now and has been for 2 weeks. I haven't had much time with it, but the little bit I was able to use it it sounded fantastic for $320.

Thanks for the posts. I will be going with the 25mm(1") spacers front and back. The only wheels I really liked were those Vossen VPS-302's and they are priced way too high for me.

I asked and he spliced into the front speakers from what I understood. His reasoning was that in case I faded to the front it wouldn't affect the sub level. He mounted my control right under the steering wheel all the to the right against the center stack.

Just picked it up. Sounds very good! Makes the 400A stereo tolerable. I'll post pics later.

Just ordered the P300-12. $145 installed with the wiring, and running the remote bass level control. I'll post images when it's done. Hoping to get it done this year yet. Luckily for me it looks like we wont' hit freezing temps for a few weeks yet.

Thanks for posting that link. Looks like the 12 would fit fine, only about 1" taller than the 10. This might be a winner for me.

Did you install it yourself? If so can you elaborate and how you hooked it up? Did you splice into the rear speakers? Thanks!

If you are really that unsure of what you are doing take it to someone that does. The cost to have front speakers installed shouldn't be that much. And in the end it will save you time and frustration, and possibly money.

Some are not comfortable removing body panels, cutting/drilling, etc...

You may run into that. I honestly haven't purchased any music via CD in close to 10 years. The last CD DRM that I remember was on Foo Fighters In Your Honor, so yeah about 10 years ago:) Doubt it's much of an issue anymore, but I don't know.

I am still on version 10.3, and I don't have a CD handy, so these may not be exact directions for the newer versions of iTunes, but you should get the jist. -> Install iTunes. -> Create a user account and login so you can get CD data. -> Insert disk. -> Go into preferences select out output...

No worries, I have been waiting too. I took the quote, on page 1 to be for FG not CF I guess. If they can do it, even better.

Did I miss where they said there would be a sub $450 CF version? I would say that's highly unlikely to happen in CF.

When do you think you will have one installed and have pics/video available. I want to get one, just need to see it first.
