I got the MAP Street and must say looks like a nice quality unit. Though I did find a couple metal shavings stuck in the grill so I am hoping that there aren't any inside!
Sorry TorqueMan, this is a little incorrect.
All EUDM, AUDM and I would expect export Mustangs had these features taken away. EuroNCAP did the testing and the Mustang got 2 stars. Australia didnt bother doing any testing as Ford refused to provide any vehicles and adopted the EuroNCAP...
Good post; I'm about to start my etune process with tune+ and I specifically asked for 93 and 91 profiles for performance and reserved. I find currently I run 90% time at low boost stage 1 Cobb OTS and when I feel like a bit more I run setting one (still 91 octane). Its still lots of fun and I...
I hate not understanding something :) At least now I have some (well at least a little) idea of what the numbers mean and represent. As my EB is a daily driver I want to make sure any changes made to the vehicle wont cause a boom :)
Sorry I hope I am not breaking any rules here but its a good read ontop of the others I have read to understand this better.

Used to ride road bikes so yeah I know how light they were. I still have the titanium headers from my Gixxer 1000, so bloody light. But yeah, unless they do twin, I can't imagine upsetting that aggressive look. Either way, aesthetics aside it does sure look like a nice exhaust.
OMG, ty Juben - thank you for sharing Datazap. I have actually been looking for one, was actually starting to think about writing my own.. Oh well saved my a fair few hours work there :)
Ive only ever run 98RON which is 93 US scale. And only the "best", so assuming I may have got a bad batch of fuel.. anyway I'll monitor it and see what the tuner says when gets his hands on it.
Sounds very plausible though I had Stage 1 93 as well which quickly went to -1. So only Stage 0 never quite made it to -1.. I did change to stage 0 after a full tank fill up and maybe that batch was poor and even the newer fuel from different station didnt have enough of a change up to get it...
I know, however I wonder why does stage 0 only go to -0.26. while stage 1 goes to -1. I think because it starts at -0.75 I end up at -1 even though my fuel may not be -1? Does this even make any sense lol. I put all my bits on over the next week and want to make sure all is perfect before I...
Please update the thread if you do. Funny, I put the Stage 1 91 Octane and my OAR is -1 within 30 min drive. Still get negative correction however, -1 is highest so far so nothing eye popping. Still, I will take the cautious approach here.
Sorry for thread revival, just wondering if you sorted your issue out?
I'm curious, my OAR is stuck on -0.24 running stage 0 (some baseline diagnosis before I upgrade IC etc.). I ran the Stage 1 91 and 93 and both were at -1.0 within 30 mins of driving, but for a tank and a half Stage 0 is...

According to this it would be neck and neck in terms of acceleration however as you said on all other metrics its miles apart. My friend has a '65 fastback with 302 v8 and its a pig to drive (mechanical clutch etc).. but I still...
Wow thanks The lion & TorqueMan for the intelligent discussion on these EB issues. Lots of great info, theories and debunking hete, such a different environment to the usual ignorant flame wars that I see.
Thanks guys, both seem very valid view points - I know is a minor component in the end but I am pretty anal and prefer to measure three times and cut once. Thanks for taking the time for a detailed response...
Man, sports bikes were easy, whack on K&N, Full Exhaust system, Power commander...
