Wow, that looks really good!
And I can tell those wheels look even better in motion as I'm sure they have a beautiful chop to them.
Serious width's too! :headbang:
Oh, and welcome to the forum!
Were those springs designed to work with the stock dampers?
Do you sell aftermarket dampers to go with your lowering springs?
From my understanding springs and dampers really should be designed to work together
I'm with you. Interested in a setup that lowers the car for an improved look and less bounciness and body roll, but also provides the best ride quality without harshness or any funky noises.
Heard some people in the past say coilovers and better for this and others say the opposite. No idea...
I take it the build up can really start to hurt the performance of the car and even start to cause detonation.
Unreal the engineers allowed this. Isn't there a way to curb or prevent it, like a catch-can?
With regard to a bas model, I can't have anything too slow or I will get bored and...
My father has a 2006 F150 4x4, and it's kind of fun to drive ONCE IN A WHILE, but not really my thing. They are just so damn big and cumbersome and not at all sporty to drive. The steering is so light and loosey goosey and the highway feel just sucks because of that. And it's a pain to park in...
This is why I always go back and forth with putting a blower on my car. That tire shredding may be "cool" to some people but not to me. Power is useless and dangerous without traction.
Yesterday I caught a light with a wide open road in front of me. Nice, 65-70 degree dry weather. Light turns...
Wow, you are too nice. That is completely unacceptable. I'd be pissed. I wonder of little miss thing (Julie) is part of the newer self entitled low-manner generation. Not that they are all like that, but damn...I see so much of it...
Nice STI, I really like the blue, and always liked the whole blue/gold wheels thing they had going on. Not sure what color I would go with. As nice as the blue is, with my mustang being black, I might want to go with silver for this car for ease of maintenance. The STI is cool, but for a...
Well at least it keeps things interesting. If there was no emotion and fanboi-ism, this all wouldn't be quite as much fun :D
The main thing that gets me is over-the-top elitists, liars and people spreading bad information, intentionally or ignorantly.
I'm considering one as a 2nd vehicle for bad weather/winter driving.
Looks like a good bang for the buck and seems like it would be a lot of fun to drive. And I actually dig the rally car looks of it.
One of my concerns though is how reliable I can expect it to be, especially if I tune it...
