I had the same issue. I switched screws out on a different corner and they both fit. No issues after.

Hopefully it doesn't kill your battery. I was pretty frustrated when it happened to me. After I did that unhooking rehooking thing, no more frustration. Hope it works out for you.

Same thing happened to me and actually killed my battery. After I jumped my car, hazards were still doing it. I unplugged all the connections to the rear of the head unit, took the negative battery off the battery terminal, plugged the connections back into the rear of the head unit, then put...

So one thing I've noticed is the volume is normal when I play the radio, but it's very low when I run spotify or YouTube directly from the apps on the unit from my mobile hotspot. It's a little louder when I run spotify or YouTube from my phone to the unit through bluetooth. Anyone else...

I had to download an image to the unit then cut and paste it to a folder called tencent video. Then I clicked on the apps icon then on the green android guy with the Chinese writing underneath it and that's where my downloaded image was. Then I clicked on the image and it was loaded into the...

The reflection is from the map lights. Wish I had a shift knob in that style that illuminated.

Nevermind, figured it out after playing around with it. I had to do it through that change background screen that's in chinesse.

Well I got the screen to work. That white connector has to be on there super tight. Now my problem is the hazard lights turn on every 10 seconds. Fml. Lol check the connections again.
