I believe if you really want the CP-e Kit you can contact them and they will make it happen. They offered it to me when I asked them about installing a built short block. But I already had the FR kit on order so I didn't need it.
I'm pretty positive you'll be able to get away with a tune unless something major happens like a blown motor. Seems like more and more people are getting taken care of for other issues.

I have the CP-e Catted down pipe. My car never smoked while stock or after upgrading. I still gutted the PCV and added a CC. It does smell a little bit but nothing compared to Catless. If you upgrade you're gonna have more smell than OEM regardless.
I might have to lol. I would prefer those for my winter wheels and I would throw some all season's on them since winter's here in VA are pretty mild. I'm not a fan of the EB PP wheels.
