I will admit that I broke one tab on the seat side plastic housing. Very frustrating, as I know that the housing doesnt sit right. I may buy a replacement part. Otherwise, I'll do a brief write up addendum on the install thread. Overall, the process went amazing well, after I did one...

Yes. Base car with a V8. He did get an auto, if you want to throw that difference into the mix.

My understanding is that the backs are vinyl. The color matching is near perfect. The only variance is in a slight texture difference.. but its negligible.

Love mine... Installed the back seats last night. Leather still needs to relax a bit, and I may do a bit of adjusting the internal velcro strips, but the quality is amazing. its a huge improvement over the stock cloth. Katzkin has really done it. And one more....

Man! That is freaking nice! If I didnt have a dog and a ton of kids, I'd want something light colored! Great choice!

Picked mine up last night from FedEx And installed the rear seats. Will post a few pics later today.

My boss went out and got a brand new 1SS about two weeks ago, after I bought my GT. He got the auto. I drove it around the office complex and had a couple of hard pulls on the local highway. The camaro is DAMN freaking fast. The auto does a great job of putting all that power to the ground...

Im with you. Fedex delayed mine as well. They attempted to delivery yesterday, but I wasn't home, so I rerouted to a local office. Picking up my package today after work.

How in the hell are you getting almost 20MPG? Must be all highway miles. over the last 1600 miles I got 16.4 in 50/50 highway city driving.

What sucks is that regardless of seat color we are all stuck with the original black seat retainer thingy. The one that has the snap button above the should. Really ruins the look of the whole seat. Has anyone had a custom one made?

A few of us have already found that one! IT is a great starting point.

Stupid fedex showed a delivery date of today.. then cancelled it and shows as "pending." Hope that the packages were insured, if my package went missing or got damaged. PLEASE DONT LET THAT BE THE CASE!

I took mine apart a few weeks ago. No hog rings in back seats.
