I would say in this scenario its really up to you. $350 seems like an insane price to do something like that. So if you like the guy, and he does really good work I would throw him a tip. If it was a shop and he had employees doing the work for him, then you definitely should tip.

U need to add more negative camber for outside clearance. Changing it to 0.5 will make it worse.
