UPDATE...........I was told by Ford Performance this afternoon, the car is on a ramp in Twin Oaks, PA. I am bit confused (as usual), if the car is on a ramp waiting for a car carrier or another train. My ETA Date was adjusted now to 9/12. So, lets see what...
That's exactly what I would need. Pension? What pension? Lol, Stay tuned, this can't go smooth. It hasn't in the last six months. We are on a good roll here.
Randy,
Supposedly, this car is"hot tagged" and there is a transporter ready and waiting. I also hear that there is a snow storm hitting Hawaii this week.
Mike,
Anything is possible with this car order and delivery. While you are checking the radar for Dorian, can you check if there are train robbers in the area?
Dave,
Please don't put it away. The way this has gone, we still may need it. There may be a car carrier shortage or something that will delay it further. We still may need to dig a path in the snow to the garage.
Good Monday to Everyone out there,
The update as of this morning is the car is in New Castle, PA., on a train. ETA is 9/7-9/13. I am thinking I have the last 2019 Shelby. Lol.
Hey Dave,
How are things down south? I hope you are out of the are of danger with the storm moving north. I am really hoping I get good news in the morning. I will post what I find out. I feel bad I don't want to hijack this thread about ejector buttons!
Austin, I was under the impression in the 2019, the button had a dual purpose. I thought it not only started and stopped the engine, but it can also be used as an ejector for the driver to bail if the heat gets too much behind the wheel and the horse wants to go into a full gallop.
Awesome news, Mr, Bill. I am happy you are picking it up tomorrow!!! You can get a pretty penny for those original badges on Ebay! I was thinking of designing a button, resembling the starter button for me to just push every time I check the status on my car. I was thinking it should be...
This is why I like this forum. We all spent on an average of 63500.00 ++++/---- and we all have different opinions of what looks good, what fits, etc. At this point, I would just like to get my car to push the frigging button. Drive safely friends!!!
This is the greatest thing about this forum! Ask 25 people an opinion on something like this and you will get 10 different opinions! Many great thoughts and opinions on whether or not to buy new, used, left over, or waiting. This forum has helped me through some interesting decisions and all...
I have had a 19 on order since March. However, this car is about 30 minutes from me in CT. The car was built in May, 2018. I would be willing to bet you could get very close to what you would be spending with fees and all and this is a brand new 2018. The car is mint. I had my heart set on...
