Have the bump on mine. But didn’t even realize it was there until the first time I washed the car. I do think it looks better than the shark fin, but neither one bother me. Did know it was an issue or that I should care before seeing people on this forum complain.
Didn’t intend to name her. Started out by saying I was taking “the Shelby” for a drive. It kinda just changed into taking Shelby for a drive, and the name stuck. So her name is Shelby.
It’s just one of those things that drives me nuts when I get behind the wheel of a right hand fuel door vehicle. And as much as I love my 350. I would not have bought it if the gas cap was on the passenger side.
Definitely 5
I have mine temporarily in south Texas while I’m here for my job. In summer high 90-100+ temperatures and I saw intake temperatures above 150. She ran good, but now it’s in the 70’s and there’s a noticeable jump in horsepower.
Always had trucks and Jeeps, the 350 is my first sports car. When I was driving her home from the dealership, I hit 130 and didn’t realize it until I looked down at the speedometer. I’m surprised I haven’t got a speeding ticket in her yet.
I don’t daily mine so I’m not worried about waking the neighbors at 6am. If I could change one thing, it would stay in the mode it was in when I shut it off. The valves shutting on start up ruin the sound of the voodoo roaring to life.
My state doesn’t do the front plate bs, but I spend a lot of time in states that do and I see a lot of guys with the plate on the dash jammed into the base of the windshield.
Only mod so far is a different shifter knob. Planning to delete the resonators. Love the way R pops on down shifts. Once the warranty expires, I may super charge the Voodoo.
Always wanted a sports car with a lot of power, ever since I was old enough to drive. In my 40’s now and finally able to afford one. But never really wanted a Mustang until the S550 came out.
