Surprisingly never had in issue in Chicago, but I am also probably oblivious to it all. Every now and then a car (usually a crappy one) will peel out next to me. I'm now in Colorado now and have noticed a bit more but also there are more coupes down here, particularly Challengers.
Yeah luckily they honored the quote and didnt try to pull any punches, even offered lunch since I was bored out of my mind...watched the entire senate hearing today, thats how boring it was.
Im at a FP dealer too, so it finally went through.. FP told them to move the car, and that apparently did the trick, no clue why or how but it finally went through. Im not sure what setup they are using since im in a waiting room...maybe they are using a Palm Pre or something
Same here, every comment Ive had in public has always been positive, this was my first Mustang and honestly it was not on my radar, originally was looking at Mazda 3's and A3's. I was all over the place...my brother suggested the Mustang and my initial reaction was no thanks, but ended up...
yeah I have the auto, nothing major i just have to use the paddle shifters sometimes because it seems to get stuck in gear- usually only an issue in stop and go slower traffic. My fault for buying an auto I guess :).
I intend on keeping my car for a long time as well but will be relocating...
I run it in normal about half the time actually ...Chicago traffic is brutal so normal is more at home in gridlock....sport mode is fun though! I do not have the tune yet but curious to see how it smooths out some of the issues with stock.
Yeah I got the same response from FP as well, just gonna use their kit since it sounds like a royal pita to lawyer up against their massive corporation if they did try to deny warranty.
I had to completely replace mine, they dont seem to last long, mine had a huge hole in it. Luckily the dealer was able to replace at no charge within a week.
Got the premium pp magnetic but no recaros... wanted the heated /cooled seats. It's a daily driver and it gets cold in this town!
Hopefully moving soon!
Mine crapped out last week on drivers side as well. The dealer mentioned it was the first time he had seen it on a Mustang but that he also saw this same issue on a Lincoln. So it's not isolated.
I settled on the ecoboost because it had pretty much all the things I was looking for in a ride. I never really considered getting a Mustang till I test drove an eco with the PP and just really enjoyed the low end torque and the handling. The GTI was also on my list but the eco was just a...
They are good, been using them in Chicago the past week, always had great control including on some pure ice alleys... still have to worry about everyone else though. Saw another s550 yesterday driving around on his summer tires... was about 12 degrees, good luck to that guy
