I found a youtube vid that shows a company putting on an exhaust and got to see where those clamps are right after the cats. Ford should have at least made the mufflers themselves bolt on instead of 90% of the exhaust being welded together.

Let the Track tell you if your running good. the DA just like at the track can cause dyno numbers to be lower or higher.

Normal procedure in cooler temps. Engines Run better at certain temperatures and are more efficient at specific heat range. the higher start RPM is to negate the rough idle at cold temps until the engine gets to a warmer operating temperature pretty much.

You got very lucky if it does turn over. If you had got enough water to suck into the intake you could have hydro-locked the engine.
