Mustangs are not worth 140k no matter what you put in them( unless you are plating everything with 24 Kt gold). Especially a non-shelby. 200 miles in and you will hear the rear bushings pulling into a driveway. I just don't understand why these are made? probably also have a misaligned hood...
Is burning oil any different than the 3rd Gen Coyote motor having the propensity to have the "typewriter" tic? Still obviously worth the risk. Calm yourself a bit. Mustangs are a blast! All of them. I've got 2015 5.0 PP Boosted and I still have a ball drivings the wife's 18' Ecoboost 10...
Let me tell you a tail. It was just a few earth rotations ago when I was un-happily without a mustang. It was springtime in the year of 2015 and I had not owned a horse in almost a decade. I had just found a new suitor for a 79 CJ7 that was just taking up car storage box at home space. The...
HAHA. Enjoyed this. The 8# ended up being less power than I expected. Next time I have a reason to re-tune, I'll probably step up to 10#. And a new IM would be a goooooood reason. Thanks!
Thanks! Side by side, I like DIB more than lightning and Kona even tho all 3 are great. Grabber is the one Blue I like more and probably would have gotten if they would have produced that color in 15. Oh well, I don't regret the color I got. Its amazing!
Paul at PK Auto design in Cal suggested the size and it was a great fit. Apparently this is a common setup. The stock size actually looked a bit recessed with the 1" lowering springs. With the this setup, they look great and peak out just the right amount. I love it.
Yeah.... I think you know what you want. Not that it matters but I'd build up your current 17. I know you said you will track it every now and then but I'm assuming you will spend more time on the street. 17 + a blower and a few other mods would be a lot of fun. That's what I did to my 15. :)
Exactly. I think the Z06 from 2016 or 2017 kept going into limp mode at the track. None of these cars are track ready. Think about the stupid granny spring they put on all the manual clutches. The nice thing is that most of these issues are fixable. Install an dif and oil cooler if you are...
