CT14 thanks for the correction . I like to wet the wheels and the surface around it before I apply the cleaner. Even when diluted it works extremely well.

Haven't detailed the mustang yet, but for wheel cleaners i use about 50ML (CT18 Degreaser) + 1 Cap Shampoo with 650ML of water. Works better than anything else I've tried in the past (Iron X, All of Megs stuff, Adams, P21). Combine it with a wheel woolie and its just effortless. Sounds Strange...
