Hey guys. I installed the Steeda subframe alignment and support kit plus a front K member brace a couple of weeks ago. There is a very noticeable improvement in handling with no extra harshness. That weird feeling that the rear is loose and sloppy on hard cornering is gone. I highly recommend...
The bumpstop/jounce bumpers I bought were the Steeda precut kit units. I heard the Eibach units are very good. Regardless, I'm much happier with my suspension after ditching the cut down OEM units for a higher quality choice. I had no idea that such a small thing could make a pretty significant...
IPOGT, you have 2 mods in your signature that are on my short list - the FP Touring exhaust and the FP Brembo kit on my non PP convertible. Are you happy with those mods?
Regarding the suspension point of this thread - the base GT suspension is crap as we know. PP1 is debatable. I did the...
If this is real at $53,900, then it could be a nice choice for someone that's shopping.

Guys, I'm buying myself a cat back system for Christmas. Has anyone had a new exhaust system installed in the Alpharetta area, where you can recommend the shop?
2018 GT with A10 here. I was heading towards this FP tune just for the potential transmission shift programming improvements. The sport/sport + settings were just terrible, in terms of jerky, harsh, inappropriate rev holding etc. But last week I went to the dealer for battery related warranty...
I really like the look of the GT spoiler on your 2020. To my eye, it makes much more of an impact than when installed on a hardtop GT. Can you share any tips on sourcing and installing yours?
I agree with ELP_jc. There is something weird electrically with some of these GT's. I have 28 month old '18 that just had the battery go bad. I was lucky in that the dealer replaced it for me under warranty, not even prorated, which was a pleasant surprise. But still!
Hey OP, I'm grateful to you for bringing this topic up, as well as the other posted comments. I have been thinking my 18 convertible just does not look right, from a stance perspective, ever since I installed progressive 1 inch drop lowering springs. The picture someone posted with the car...
Perfect Performance in Roswell is excellent for tires and suspension installs among other things. They installed my Steeda gear and hooked me up with Michelins, better than Tire Rack was offering. And Angela Krause Ford service is good for when you need warranty stuff.
Welcome to the area aprevo15 !! This is a great area for using your Mustang to the fullest. Except for Hwy 400. And of course anywhere inside the perimeter is tough...
Looks like it was a nice day for an epic drive. Discover anything interesting you want to share? For us, Six Gaps are awesome - never get tired of those roads. But the road from Chatsworth to Ellijay cruising past Ft Mountain State Park is awesome too. As well as Clayton to Highlands NC, then...
Track mode. Ford did a miserable job of stock programming for the A10. The normal mode is smooth but the engine lugs. Sport and Sport plus shifts are jarring when daily driving - just way too coarse. Someone on these forums said they daily drive in Track. I realized I'd had the car a year and...
It is hard to imagine now! We'd do the drive in the Road Runner and later the C3 Vette from Orlando to New Smyrna Beach at Oh My God speeds. Stupid stupid! Lucky to be alive today... Try that with Orlando area traffic as it is today and the Big Dig downtown, you be lucky to get out of second...
Hey Turbo8u. Alpharetta Vert owner here. Growing up in Central Florida, I never had the great mountain roads like we do up here - 6 Gaps, Cherohala Skyway et al. Be sure to watch the Georgia Roll Call thread under SE USA Forum. Also Atlanta S550 on FB. Please post and share as you find competent...
Hey Jonathan. Perfect Performance in Roswell installed my Steeda suspension and also provided new tires for my '18 GT vert. They did great work! Austin is the manager over there.
Hey Brian. Its hard to go wrong with a beautiful weekend and a Mustang with the top down. The soft top works well, and has decent insulation, so it pretty quiet when the top is up. You are right about manual convertibles being hard to find. I looked too, and ended up with the 10 speed automatic...
