  1. 2017 GT dropped to 500 rpms at idle once, why?

No, it didn't happen again for months, and then a couple of weeks ago it happened again when I turned on the AC. Ever since then I've been running my AC to see if it repeats. But no clue on what caused it yet.
  2. 2017 GT dropped to 500 rpms at idle once, why?

The same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago, and also happened a few months ago. I keep the center display in Gauge mode so I can see what's going on. In my case the AFR was jumping up and down, between 14.1 and 15.7. The higher it went, the lower the RPMs. Felt like it was going to stall.

What was your AFR like when this happened? Was it fluctuating up and down, or did you notice?

  5. Newbie Question About Cruising in 6th Gear

I use 6th when I'm going 80 no problem. However, I don't lug the engine. Op should be able to drive in 6th if desired just don't slam the accelerator pedal unless you're above 3500 RPM.

  10. Mach1 too much car?

I would go with a brand new GT and get all the performance options and the warranty to go with it. Plus it would be a brand new car and you can brake it in the way you want to. With a used car, you can never know how the car was treated during the break in period. It might look good but that...
