Yes, stock res and downpipe. Simply replaced the muffs with the NXT Step exhaust. Very very very easy to do. I think it was easier than replacing my air filter, lol

If you plan on drilling holes in the top of the intercooler and bumper support beam and mounting it with top and bottom brackets than you should not have to use spacers. But if you don't want to drill holes in your nice new intercooler just use a strip of rubber (top and bottom) or something...
FYI, make sure the intercooler is not resting up against the A/C condenser.... the space i left between the two tightened up after almost a year and rubbed a tiny hole in my A/C condenser. I am changing it out myself (certified a/c tech) seeing how i goofed by not attaching spacers.
That is a normal coolant temp from what I have been seeing with mine 175-190 degrees. Tune + (Adam) emailed Ford to find out what that code is with no reply as of yet.

So, PCV catch can works when not in boost. When in boost the PVC "check valve" closes but than what? When applying the boost if the PVC closes off where will the crank case pressure go? The clean "valve cover" suction side?....:shrug:
