Yeah, E85 can be a little tricky over a remote tune. WOT tuning, no issue. But cranking:cold start and idle on E85 can be more finicky. I'd personally recommend a local tune where the car can be monitored.

Exactly, that's purely tuning. E85 shouldn't drive any different than a gasoline car. Only difference is rougher cold start in cold weather. I usually run E85 in the spring, summer and fall. I'll switch back to gasoline over the winter months.

A quick street Datalog in 3rd or 4th gear would be interesting to see. Pick a gear and get a log from 2500- redline.

IAT data needs to be on the street, as a hot dyno room isn't very good data.

Congrats buddy! Torque is badass and on 91 octane ;) Perfect street setup. There's going to be lots of guys swapping to turbocharged setups in the future, as you can't beat the power band.

The best thing you can do is forced induction. Be it supercharging or turbocharging, nothing will provide gains like a blower or turbos. Nitrous is fun and I've owned several nitrous cars, but the bottles get expensive to fill....and become more hassle than they are worth, IMO. I can't tell...
