Finished up our customer's 3.2LC / built Coyote build. Swapped in a Circle D 6R80 and 2B converter. Car was originally MT82 and Procharger equipped. On pump E85 and 21.5 degrees, she put down 1003whp/969wtq at around 20-21psi. The torque curve is nasty!
BMR suspension out back, and MT ET...
Finished up another twin 62mm Comp based kit install, built long block, and built 6R80.
702whp/645wtq at 9.5psi on 93 octane. Customer will do some break-in for a few months and then retune on E85 at higher boost.
As always, Lund Racing nailed the tune!
Finishing up a 6R80 swap in our customer's Kenne Bell powered GT! 3.2LC at 23psi on E85, and all the BMR goodies out back. Went high 9's with the TH400 at 4200lbs and issues leaving on the trans brake. Should get much quicker and faster with the 6R80.
Another 1000+hp Stage 1 twin turbo kit install going down at the shop! From our entry level systems (under 6k), good for 1200hp, to our Stage 2 systems good for 1800hp, we have a wide variety and options for just about everyone.
- Boost Works built Coyote
- Boost Works built 6R80

Just finished up another twin turbo install and tune. Car sports our stage 1 twin system at 6.5psi on 91 octane. 688whp/601wtq @ 6.5psi on 91 octane!

Check out our new S550 catch can prototype. This will bolt in on the driver side, and follows the angle of the frame/fender.
It has a massive 2 quart capacity with ball valve drain, dual -8an lines for each valve cover, and a huge breather with 1.25" inlet.
This one is headed to powder...
4118lbs with driver/fuel, KB 3.2LC at 21psi on E85 and 21 degrees of timing. Had a slight foul up with the trans brake and timing on launch (was dropping to 8-9 degrees for a second on launch). Anyway, not too shabby for the first time out. Car has low 9's and 145-147mph in it when we get it...
Our first kit developed in December of 2015 was based off of stock manifolds.. We already know that the adapter method works up to around 1200hp. After that, back pressure starts to get up there. This is why we built a second kit with scratch built manifolds.
Since not everyone can afford a...
So, there's debate about stock manifolds and adapters versus a properly built set of turbo manifolds.
We originally built and tested 2 vehicles with stock tri-y manifolds and adapters. We used a stainless coiled tube and sensor to collect back pressure data at various points on each bank...
Justin's GT, weighs 4100+ lbs with him in it, and has a 3.15 gear (runs Texas Mile). We figured we'd see what it would do at the drag strip. His 60ft times weren't that great, but he managed a 9.60 pass at nearly 148mph.
Our customer Joe is getting his twin turbo kit shipped out and installed shortly. He opted for Precision 67's and will be installing on a built engine/trans. He is aiming for the 8's. We'll see if we can get him in here for updates as he moves forward.
We offer a wide array of high temp coatings for our turbo systems. Acid etched, prepped, and coated inside/out, our manifolds are made even better looking.
How important is a properly designed set of manifolds when it comes to response and lag? This car shows that even on a pair of 67mm turbos, we can leave making 6-7psi using a plug and play 2 step and brake.

Car made 1597whp at 33-34psi.

This is an off the shelf kit...
I've been wanting to sit down and make a post to let you guys know where we're at over here with our twin turbo kits. I'd like to publicly apologize to those who had to wait months and months for a kit. We do appreciate your patience, and for not giving up on Boost Works.

We are neck deep in the shop trying to fill orders.. Consequently, we aren't always in the office. PLEASE email us at [email protected], and I promise you someone will get your taken care of within 24-48 hours.
We would love to chat with everyone, but that's just not a possibility right...
Our new fabricator is in the middle of doing CFD modeling for a new intake manifold with air to water core for the Coyote. This will be a direct bolt-on, and feature a large 2000+hp capable core! It will require some hood clearancing, or a aftermarket (Watson) hood. 1/4" thick plenum...
Last week we hired another valuable member to our team. James of Goertz Fabrication will be coming on board to help with production of our twin and single kits. Keeping production in-house, and not subbing out to overseas based companies is very important to us!
James' work speaks for...
While we love to build big HP race cars, we realize that for most folks here, that's not very practical. Here's a daily driver, with full interior, heated and cooled leather seats, A/C, heat, radio, etc.. 33.6psi of boost peak on E85. Probably would have made more but we couldn't keep it from...
