Thanks man! I didn't have to take off the bumper to install the splitter. Just unscrewed 15ish bolts in the belly pan. I'm planning on installing chrome support rods and may have to remove it to drill some holes.
The clips are pretty easy to get off with a trim tool, but take some effort to remove the clips without its leverage. I didn't want to have the tool on my car for any more time than necessary so I just pulled
1) Ebay has a bunch.
2) You need to use some muscle to get the decklid panel off and I'd try avoid tools as much as you can. I used a plastic trim pry tool to get started at each end then pulled slowly to the center. It helps to have a friend hold the trunk still while you remove the panel.
A lot of it is in your gearing. Looks like you have a 3.15 rear end based on your signature. That ratio will be geared more towards top speed and fuel economy, so you get less acceleration or pull, especially at lower RPMs.
I've been buying a ton of parts for my Mustang this summer so I figured I start a build thread.

Email Steeda or BMR. Tell them your budget and what you want out of your car. Kelly from BMR and Randy from Steeda got back to me with setups a couple hours later. Go with the one you like more.
I can't tell you 1/4 mile numbers since I haven't dragged mine. But with numbers that much better than PP2's, I'd assume Livernois would have better times/speeds.
Livernois' website shows peak gains of about 45 hp and 40 lb/ft of torque with just a tune
Ford PP2 looks like about 25 hp and 25 lb/ft of torque
