You would also have to remove the foam gasket they have on it as well. Its too tall for any 3m tape i could find. I suppose you could just use adhesive if you removed those and sanded the screw holes so the surface is flat. Cant really say for sure as i already had a spoiler when i installed...

I sent them an email about it back in october and this was their response "Right now we offer shifter with solid mounted ball which can't be replaced with any other balls available. We will be working on replaceable ball soon but it will be different design."

I have been considering doing some sort of PPF myself as well. I would do the entire hood and front bumper. Anyone know a good place to buy this? I have quite a bit of vinyl wrapping experience so i am not so worried on that front.
