The body shop still has the car, they are supposed to touch up the scratched wheel. I hope to get the car back this week and I will see how they did. The scratch just took the color off the very edge of the wheel by the tire, did not cut into the rim at all. I'm just waiting to get it back.

No I can't get diminished value because I hit a deer, actually it hit me lol. Just choose the best body shop you can find and make sure it is perfect. When you lose her for 3-6 weeks, you will miss her and when she comes back to you will love her all over again.

Man that sucks, I know how you feel when you say it will never be the same. I thought about trading mine when they final finish fixing mine. My wife asked me "why would you trade her, it's not the cars fault it got damaged." So I listened to my wife and just decided to make the body shop fix it...

Ford should also do a drag pack package. Drag pack would come with 1400hp axles, heavy duty driveshaft, Up to a 3.73 gear option with the automatic and 4.10 gear option for the manual and stiff IRS bushings, and both the automatic and the manual get steel rear gear housing.

Guys, when I hit the deer 7 weeks ago, it also damaged the right front tire. The insurance covered the tire replacement, but the shop that the body shop used to replace the tire scratched the rim. So I'm just going to keep them as the value of them went down obviously.
