For me I just cant help but love how bada$$ a clean black car looks and seem to forget how hard they are to keep that way lol. I enjoy washing my cars and keeping them spotless as much as possible (friends/family/neighbors think I'm straight up nuts), but the fact I couldn't drive 5 miles...
+1 for leaf blower lol. I always kept a couple bottles of Adams detail spray and new microfibers in the car too....would wipe it down at least every other day.
^Same for me...."I will try" haha. My last two were black cars and when looking at 15s I almost made the mistake of getting black for a DD again. The dealer had identical 15 base PP cars in black competition orange. Luckily the black one sold before I could go back. OP-I say go silver PP!
I came from a 14 GT Premium with 3.55s and went to a 2015 base PP car. The handling (IRS/PP) and brakes alone are worth it much less the interior etc. I also got the Recaros and think they are a huge upgrade as well. The best thing I did was test drive the 15 and immediately went and drove my 14...
hmmm...interesting. I've got a spare set of laguna seca style 19s siting in my garage that I was going to try to use with a winter tire. Maybe I'll keep the stock PP wheels and go the same route u did.
Luckily my neighbors either haven't said a word or have commented how they loved my Roush AB on my 14 and now my 15. As long as you are granny shifting and not getting on it leaving your street, I'd tell the neighbors to pound sand.
I drove a PP both with and without Recaros and although the base seats aren't bad, the recaros felt way better to me (so i got them lol). My car is also a daily and just for reference, I'm 6'6 with a 38ish inch waist and have no problems fitting comfortably.
The guys putting my exhaust on were joking asking if my car was even on and commenting how the fan was louder than the exhaust lol. They were also joking about my "electric" car. Needless to say they thought the Roush was a big improvement
Great choice! I just had my roush axle-back installed this evening. I highly doubt you'll regret your choice lol-loving mine so far. It isn't quite as aggressive as I expected however so I plan on adding the resonator delete as well in the future. For now its a massive improvement over the...
Had my Roush axle back installed today...so much better than stock. Seems a little quieter and deeper in tone than my 14s Roush did. Maybe its just me, idk. Either way, its awesome that it actually sounds like a Mustang should now. Cant wait to go to work in the am....giggity
My wife has a pretty heavy foot as well so usually my driving isn't an issue. She only gets mad when I make a quick unannounced downshift, peg it and give her whiplash. I drive just a little bit more civil with her in the car.
It's a major pita to get off (in my experience). My father in law tried clear on his vette...looked terrible too because of the clear on the glossy paint.
Found out today that the drop down compartment in the glovebox is perfect size for a compact handgun. Giggity. Also love the little sun glasses compartment in the dash. Stupid, I know lol.
That's exactly what I did when I got my 14. Hated myself after a few months for not getting the track pack and just couldn't justify buying everything separate and piecing it all together.Brakes alone are with it imo even tho like everyone has said most of us will never push our cars to the...
