Most likely it is the fans. Mine does the same thing, but it is not as loud as others I have heard. Even my 2016 Explorer Sport does it.

Trying to figure out if I missed something as I have been having an issue starting Pandora when I get in my car and keeping it functioning right. I have to start Pandora on my phone before it will play in the car. If I don't do that the radio will pull up the Pandora screen and say Buffering...

Yeah not as bad a black but close. I notice mine is a dust magnet also. I wash it weekly too.

What I did was align the couplers on the maf housing and tb then inserted the plastic tube. Was the only way to get it lined up that made me happy. I did have to adjust it a few times. I wasn't too happy with the look and fitment either compared to other cai's I have had and seen.

I just noticed this with my Lund tune also. The first time at WOT with the shifter in S I broke the tires loose in the first 3 gears. I tried it again and just pegged the rev limiter. I have been told that if you go WOT the trans wont shift, but it does it stock. Makes it really confusing. Only...

Got my Mach Thunder today and installed it. Install was super easy. I had the Lethal Performance H-Pipe so removing the stock exhaust was pretty quick. My tips did come with some very very minor nicks in them. Nothing I'm worried about since I might have them coated black anyway. First start-up...

IMO you don't even need to worry about engine or inlet temps until you get into some sort of FI. Only time I had issues is with a Procharger on my 2010 GT. When I order my Whipple I will be looking at the Performance Pack Radiator.

My reasoning for ordering the Thunder is I have a H-Pipe installed and I would put that at 2.5 - 3 in that scale based on videos. I didn't want this exhaust to be just slightly louder than than the H-Pipe. I would have thought the Roush would have been 3.5 at least. And a 4.5 with a H-Pipe or...
