Thx for the info. I spoke to Michelin and the Pilot Sport 4S should be out second quarter 2017. I may wait and see if they offer 305 30 19 and 315 30 19. If not I may go Cup 2. I"ll keep OEM tires on over the winter. Love the wheels!!
I got my R Specs a couple weeks ago in black. Looks great in Magnetic which is what I have. I have already switched out to the red R calipers. I see most have put the stock PSS on the wheels. I was thinking about waiting until spring to put the new wheels on with 315 30 rear and 305 30 front...
I have a '16 tech pack, so I have been reading through this thread.
So in summary we have to either buy the whole transmission or buy the "kit". The kit however does not have everything you need, which is what else? If we buy the kit, is there a way to get the trans temp reading? If we swap...
Good info! I have the 350 and just got the project 6GR
Wheels in R spec. Going to keep the PSS on until spring,
But want to upsize to 305 30 F and 315 30 R. Mostly street driving
so would folks recommend Cup 2 or maybe the upcoming
Pilot 4S?
Love Sebring, agree, if I'm pushing...
They look great ! Are there 19s in OEM size, and would they work on the GT 350? Sorry if dumb question, new to Mustang and long time BMW M owner, but I bought the GT 350 over the M4 and M2, no regret whatsoever!!! Thx
the text message feature is pretty cool. I have I - phone and use through bluetooth. if driving and a text comes in it will read it to you. If stopped you can display on screen. To send I use Siri bitton on the touch screen, just say who to text and say the message. It was easy to set up on the...
Have had GT 350 for about 4 months, 1500 miles. Been a long time BMW guy. Had E36, E46 and E92 M3 along with Z3 M Roadster and Z4 35is.
The most fun I guess is real world driving which is most of the time. The E36 M3 was fun, light, great handling. The others were heavy but had more top end...
I set mine at 7500 as well. With the last M3 I had I rarely hit the limiter. Try to shift at a point when you get back on the power you are in the meat of torque curve. With M3 if you shifted at limit you came out as the curve dropping off. Not as much of an issue with this car. As others have...
having come from the 3 previous generations of M3 I can say no regret whatsoever! I was all set to get the new M4 or M2, but when I saw the spy videos of this testing at the Ring I called my friend who happened to own the local Ford dealership and ordered one of the 2 he got for 2016. Ford got...
I ordered from Ford Parts, probably paid more than some folks but no big deal.
My local dealer got the order and they are going to do the swap for me. I'm going to hang on to the black ones, maybe sell at some point. Kind of a pricey purely cosmetic switch, but I love the look
Agree, good write up. I have been a BMW guy for a long time. Never driven an E30 M3, but had E36, E46 and E92. More power and more weight did not equal more fun. The E36 was a great car, felt light, handled well, decent power for the time. E 46 was powerful, but felt heavy. I was at the E92...
