Thanks I know what you mean this one is the only one I use for some reason the rail is only 3.5 high and it's 12.5 wide I been using this wash for years now and use foam brushes and with the car all done in PPF no problem I read about your splitter a while backall good now I hope.
The piece you need only comes in a kit from the heat extractor to the front nose I know I just replaced mine under warranty cant just get a piece and never seen such bad stuff its not like real vinyl like its silk screened on PPF just watch when pressure washing your car.
Wow you are the 2nd person to notice that since I posted pictures in January it was damaged during pressure washing the car for PPF Ford covered it N/C Stripe value was 800.00 CANADIAN Dollars.
Yes if its not to expensive to do unless your a person that leases a car and just hands it back or if you are reselling the car that makes a big difference on re sale.
We demo gas caps by running a small wire brush on it then heat it up with a heat gun and BAM scratches are gone in seconds try that with other products unless in the last year other manufacturers are catching up with technologies and not Yellowing like in the past years.
At trade in your right value is higher the paint is original and all you have to do is remove the PPF WE have being doing PPF of all brands and buffing of all kinds and yet see a 4 or 5 year old car not mark up with some type of swirl marks or stone chips on front bumper hood without PPF.
What I did with my GT350 today
I took my GT350 for a ride to Montreal and back. Roads were salty, but the highways were great for cruising. Took it through the car wash after and it worked perfectly (link to full thread below).
After the ride

Before
After
I gave it a quick rinse after the drive home, I got a bit of salt on it after the wash.
(EDIT: This car is completely wrapped in PPF. This is one of the benefits of the self-healing film, you don't need to worry about swirl marks and paint damage. If I didn't...
That is a great price and Suntek is great product also do the full hood at least not half it's not that much more money and full bumper, 1/4 fenders, and mirrors at least, if you have deep pockets rear luggage area 75.00 and the door edges that should be 50.00 bucks.
Why would you wrap on top of PPF you should do it on top of vinyl but yes you could do it on top I can't see why not but most vinyl will break down in the sun over time.
