As suggested, you'll need an amp with the speakers to see an improvement in the sound.
I replaced the front components, added a sub, a 3 channel amp, and removed the rear speakers. I used a audio control DQ-61 for an LOC.
Without any EQ adjustments or sub the sound was incredible compared...

I used their battery terminals, power wire, fused distribution blocks, inline fuse holder, set screw terminals, speaker wire, and rca cables when I upgraded my system.
I opted to just order what I needed rather than a kit. I would have ordered more speaker...
This is exactly why I wanted to avoid MFT with my mustang. I had it previously in a Focus but with the over promising and under delivering of updates and features and no aftermarket upgrade path away from MFT I knew I wanted nothing to do with it this time.
Yeah, that's a nice way to highlight the performance changes.
No flaming from me, I like APR. They have a nice facility too. I don't miss the $600 on sale tunes though.
