We just added Airaid Cold Air Intakes for 2015 Mustangs. Airaid is easily one of the best cold air intake manufacturers on the market and their stuff fits and performs extremely well. They've got a CARB-pending top to their airbox to keep things completely sealed. They use a roto-moulded...

  4. AmericanMuscle 2015 Mustang EcoBoost Dyno Results / Bama Performance Tuning Thread

Thanks! In the GT it still has the same 87 octane in it, so no changes there. We'll add 93 octane, tune it and make sure to fill everyone in on all of the results! We typically use a baseline that is reasonable and matches what Ford advertises, which doesn't change much at all using...

So we just got stock numbers from our 2015 EcoBoost Automatic with a little bit of 87/93 mix left in the tank and here's what we saw. Stock Horsepower (SAE Correction on Dynojet 224xLC): 271HP Stock Torque (SAE Correction on Dynojet 224xLC): 290TQ Great numbers! Especially for an automatic...

  10. BAMA Ecoboost tune

These are SCT's preliminary results, so we'd have to default to them. Bama Performance uses a Dynojet 224xLC and will have their own stock and tuned numbers shortly!
  11. BAMA Ecoboost tune

The manual transmission cars should see around 12% drivetrain loss and automatics will be closer to 15-16%. The stock run on this definitely dropped off in a big way and didn't make the expected 260's/270's that other stock graphs have shown. The Bama team will give us their numbers here...
  12. JLT's CAI installed!!

Absolutely, our team is putting them together as we speak!
  13. JLT's CAI installed!!

The Mustang has a factory airbox, panel filter and ducting to draw in fresh air from the front of the vehicle. It's also a smaller diameter, more restrictive and doesn't allow the engine to breathe as much cold air in as it could (and is needed the more you mod the car). The 2015 Mustang JLT...

  15. JLT's CAI installed!!

This can be debated back and forth, but at the end of the day the tune and intake work together to feed the engine, optimize air/fuel ratio, timing and take advantage of the increased power throughout the powerband. The tune calibrates the mass air flow curve and allows the PCM to adjust for...
  16. Aftermarket Parts Available for Pre-Order | GT, EcoBeast, V6

Looking like right now the part numbers are the same. The springs for the GT, for example are a 1" (Pro Kit) or 1.5" (Sportline Kit) drop. This is confirmed for the 5.0L, however they still don't list ride heights for the V6 or EcoBoost. This leads me to believe that the part numbers are the...
