Is this something that needs to looked at. I've had this issue for awhile and just moved on from it.

I backed into a small parking pole, tight spot trying to leave a parking garage. I looked at my rear cam and was like hmmm that's kinda close, bam. Shame on me.

I think I might be able to try with one of my glass suction cup holders.

Does it when it is on. Even in the morning when I do the windshield washer fluid I can smell it through the vents. Pretty annoying, so I get maybe 10 seconds of cabin air then maybe 20 seconds of outside air.

Mines been doing that since the maybe 14 months after core replacement. But seems to go between A/C mode and then fresh outside air, just keeps repeating 15ish seconds. I have a filter to replace it wondering if it is clogged up.... Almost at 27k on the 2016 GT....

I got mine replaced maybe a year ago. Within a month it keeps goes from A/C mode to non-A/C mode (outside air mode) and back. I still need to bring it back in. Anyone know why?

No this is happening with all models of Mustangs. Hell even my 1997 Mustang GT went through 2 heater cores and that sucked because coolant got inside the car :(

Yeah the welds are crap. When I got my car back I have a new issue. The air keeps switching from in cabin air to outside air, like 5 seconds of in cabin circulation and like 20 seconds of outside air. Really annoying and now it is summer I really need to bring it back in.

I don't know but I went through 2 heater cores on my 1997 Mustang GT, that sucked. You know it was the heater core because coolant on passenger side lol, that sucked.

I had mine done and no issues with the dash. Only thing I have now is it seems to switch between recirculation mode and non-recirculation mode. I notice it more when full speed. Might have to bring it back. The squeak that you have might go away as some people experienced this when they...

I think its the welds on the part, at least that was what my issue was when I got mine replaced last week.

You could bring it in but if you have the PP brakes, they just squeal until they are heated up. Mine started doing this around 13k miles :(

No issues still stands. Anyone had this issue too?

Any idea? I just got the evap core replaced and it seems to switch on and off in the recirculation mode as in I can smell outside air then it switches to recirculation mode, so just inside air. Strange... Also the compressor clutch is spinning at all times. Edit: Possibly it was in AUTO mode...

My AC is surging on full speed now but the compressor is staying on...hmm

Quoting myself here for an update. Got the car back after couple of days. Evap core bad and replaced with the (Y) version lol. Car still looks and sounds like factory, no noise etc.

Depends on the dealership. I've seen some people get them replaced but they can't be worn down a lot. Call and ask the dealerships but I think that replacement period has ended. All they will do and put on the same tire lol. I got the rears replaced with Pilot Sports 2's.

Super lame man. Probably going into the first round of this crap soon...
