  2. JLT Intake 2015 Ecoboost results, dyno testing

No offense but that's going to be near impossible to do. I doubt you would see any difference at all or too much of a difference just because the conditions of the car would have to be identical down to the cylinder head temps and even cat protection numbers.
  3. Head gasket blown

I am referring to the cylinder head temps and IAT's that we logged on the shop Ecoboost over at Rev.
  4. Head gasket blown

He deleted the post. The car looked like it was at a dealership so it was most likely a warranty claim. With the cylinder head temps and IAT's as high as they are I'm not surprised heat related issues are showing up.
  5. Stock and JLT dyno comparision

My test were done at revolution automotive. Im saying for comparing the 2 graphs at different shops & different dynos.
  6. Stock and JLT dyno comparision

I should be able to tell you tomorrow or Tuesday as long as all goes well. The car is still strapped down, adam will be tuning it tomorrow.
  7. Stock and JLT dyno comparision

Stock the IAT's averaged 145-165 depending on how long i let it sit between pulls. With the JLT i never seen above 135-150. So about a 5-10 degree drop on average. Keep in mind i posted both SAE & STD numbers. I didnt see which correction factor DTP used. If its STD our numbers are pretty much...
  8. Stock and JLT dyno comparision

Yes sir. No tune yet. All the baseline & JLT pulls were on the same tank of 93 all within an hour start to finish.
  9. Stock and JLT dyno comparision

The blue is completely stock. The red on the graph is adding the JLT & making pulls. 9rwhp peak but look at the overall gains throughout the whole RPM range in some areas it gained over 15-20 rwhp & tq. Considering the stock tune being so restrictive i was very impressived it gained so much.
  10. JLT Intake 2015 Ecoboost results, dyno testing

It's 100% worth it. Check out my thread I made.
  11. Stock and JLT dyno comparision

Rev Auto finally had the eco hit the rollers. The car is 100% stock minus the GT track pack wheels/tires. First I will start off by saying the datalogs show just how limited these cars are from Ford and the potential they have. The car desperately needs an upgraded intercooler as well, it heat...

  13. Project bolt on Ecoboost has started!

Just ordered the full race intercooler CAC kit and hopefully will have the JLT soon (once it's released). The DP is being made in house. Adam @ Rev is starting tuning this week and we'll dyno each mod as we get it so compare gains similiar to what ATP did. Pretty excited to see the results!
