daytripper - Contact whoever you bought the Katzkin seat covers from, you might be able to get a replacement cover under warranty. Be very careful using a steam cleaner on leather seats, don't ask how I know. :doh:

Rent one of the tailpipe expanders from an auto parts store, it'll push the dent out. I used one on my Corsa exhaust when I wanted to adjust my exhaust tips. They come in 3 sizes so make sure you get the right one...

If you got the wheels from Tire Rack they send the plastic Gorilla rings with them.

I didn't, the rings are plastic so I didn't think it necessary. I did clean the hub area with emery cloth first.
