It’s the Order Track website. There’s an app for it. I use the regular ford tracking one too, which hasn’t been updated since the car began production. Also checking daily on United Road but it says the vehicle is “inactive” at the moment.

Insane. I keep hearing people talking about how Ford is eventually going to offer direct ordering to consumers, bypassing dealerships - if they know what’s good for them, they’ll sort out their tracking issues before then, lol. They need to start being more transparent.

I have a ton of modules posted for my BCE data but I don’t see anything at all for PCM. It has been this way since 9/1. Does this mean my car isn’t even close to being built?

Ok… help? I made an account on United Road and tried tracking my vin. It says inactive. I had emailed them a few days ago, before I was able to access the site, asking for updates. This was their response: does this mean that my car is getting here via a different company?

I finally got United Road to work for me, lol. Seems like my car is coming from PA to NY via Convoy, but it says “Inactive” with no other info. Any ideas what this means? Also, any ideas how to find out what’s happening to it *before* PA?
