Tom, the wheels look like these. If that’s the case the new buyer will have to pony up a lot more for the carbon fiber wheels even if selling the rims currently on the car...
That is probably the 4th great deal I have seen in the last 2 weeks. A 2020R with 8000 miles sold for $68k yesterday in a matter of hours. There was a black 2020R listed by a private owner with 800 miles for $82k last week.
The common theme seems to be dealers listing them as standard 350s.
I had the Xpel rear impact kits installed on all of mine and love it. Also add the foam rock blockers and jaeger bro splash guards. Never too much protection imo
I don’t think it was driven in the snow. You would see more oxidation and grime what wouldn’t clean up. The car is from the northeast, salt is in the air and if it wasn’t stored properly, I could totally see the oxidation develop.
These heritage models were the last to be built and some did...
One of the factors that makes this car special, and IMO one of the reasons they are commanding the prices we see is the 350/350R has transcended the typical Ford loyalist. You have car guys from other brands (Porsche etc), and those who have high dollar collections seeking these cars out.
I have always said this as well. Although it looks more and more like there will never be anything like the voodoo again. I am sure Ford will make some coyote based track car that will probably be quicker than the R, hell the Mach 1 is already close. But will the next track car have the...
I have owned a couple MC cars, interior looks like unicorn piss to me lol. They are the absolute WORST cars to drive stock. I have owned many low mile sonic blue coupes and a 3000 competition orange coupe but sold them because of how boring they were. My favorite was my old 2.2KB Sonic with 9000...
That’s right Jeff. I’ve owned 12 of these but it’s been a while. My point still rings true. Mystichrome, sonic blue are not rare but command a premium, the other “rare” colors with exception of Comp Orange, do not. Still all about demand.
Color rarity or lack there of, is not a guarantee that a collectible car will appreciate in value. What drives values up is demand.
For example, there were more Mystichrome Cobras produced than any other 03/04 Cobra, yet they command the most amount of money compared to the much rarer Zinc...
Does this forum have moderators? Unbelievable. The name calling and personal attacks displayed on this forum would send many on a permanent vacation based on the rules other forums follow.
Do we really care that much how others use their OWN vehicle, and for what purpose? When they sell and for...
