It also comes with wider tires which is a plus. The TP comes with a quicker rear-end for faster acceleration at the cost of a small amount of mpg. In the past it also came with things like a larger radiator and oil cooler(s). These features aren't really necessary outside of extreme driving...
I'm shocked how well the Z/28 did against the GTR. That's genuinely impressive. However I will hold judgement until I see more track tests where the Z/28 wins. Also, holy crap that GTR is fast in the quarter-mile, it destroyed the Z/28 (lol).

Have you guys seen this? So underwhelming! An s550 might be nearly as fast in a drag.
So do we think the redline for the 5.0 will be at 7,000 or reduced? From these photos it looks like ~6,500. It might be the last 500 are the 'yellow-line' like on BMWs and other cars.
