  1. Anderson Heat Extractor Hood input plsase

I just installed the double sided heat extractor hood from @Andersoncomposites. Great product. I've washed my car and no issues. Just don't spray water directly into the vents. Everything in your engine is covered. Unless you have a open aftermarket intake, you will have zero issues...
  2. Praise for MERAKI Autoworks. Awesome vendor + awesome pricing!

The carbon fiber is so nice. Excellent quality CF. But I like a clean look. I'll have the extractors exposed carbon though. I'm going to order my parts from Josh @ Meraki from now on!
  3. Praise for MERAKI Autoworks. Awesome vendor + awesome pricing!

I just wanted to give a nice review of Meraki Autoworks. I'm always skeptical when vendors say they have the best pricing. I had the same doubt when first talking with Meraki. But after a few exchanges, Josh was willing to do what it took to earn my business. He even dropped off my...
  4. AWE Touring Catback - My Review

I'd love to hear a AWE track edition review now. =)
  5. Feeler: FRPP Sport catback that fits the GT350 valence

So I purchased the FRPP kit (#M-5200-M8SBV) which consist of OEM GT350 Valence and FRPP by Borla, Sport exhaust that has tips that fit the valence. It is X pipe + axle back (full catback). The tips are the only difference from the standard Borla Sport, due to the tips being Y shaped to slot...
  6. WTB OEM trunk (preferrably Oxford White) No Holes - Los Angeles, CA

I posted this just in case you weren't sure. =)
  7. WTB OEM trunk (preferrably Oxford White) No Holes - Los Angeles, CA

As title states, I'm looking for a OEM Trunk for a 2015-2017 Mustang GT. I'd prefer Oxford White and with no holes. I do not want trunks that are resprayed or damaged. If you have an Oxford White trunk, I have a Oxford White trunk with a OEM GT350 Track Pack wing. Assuming the trunk is...
  8. Good shop to get racing stripes in SoCal??

Don is really good. Give him a call. He did my stripes and they were aligned perfectly. He also custom cut the stripes. It takes about 5-6 hrs to do stripes from scratch so keep that in mind. I even tipped him an extra $100 because he did such a good job.
  9. WTB trunk lid with no spoiler

WTB trunk lid with no holes. Paint condition doesn't have to be perfect as long as trunk is not damaged. I'd prefer Oxford White trunk with no holes and in perfect condition. I'm in Los Angeles, CA.
  10. Black Accent Ford OEM #'s

Pm me. I have one brand new. OEM Ford. I can do $60 shipped. :). For some reason I cant send a PM on my end..
  11. Steering wheel control relocation for Aftermarket Steering Wheel

I'm thinking about doing a race steering wheel for the Mustang. Is there a way to retain the controls for the various menus on the dash? All of the controls seem to be built into the steering wheel. I have a street driven track car that I drive to and from track. I don't DD this...
  12. Steeda's New Adjustable Front Coil Over Kit

You guys are funny. You make it seem as if I'm bad mouthing Steeda. I'm not. I'm merely asking questions about products on a public forum so that others are also informed. It's actually good for Steeda as it saves them time from answering the same question twice. If I wasn't interested I...
  13. What seat and harness are you all using

I'm running Cobra Sebring Pro with Cobra rails, Planted seat mounts and Schroth Profi6 harness. It's a very tight fit but it fits. For such a big ass car, the interior of the s550 is so small. :ford:
  14. Hillbank Mustang At Global Time Attack Button Willow

What are your laptimes at BRP CW13?
  15. Steeda's New Adjustable Front Coil Over Kit

Thanks Wildcatgoal for chiming in. BMWs have near 50/50 weight distribution. BMW chassis is great for trail braking and they tend to understeer less than most other comparable cars. It also inputs well to throttle steering. Try trail braking into corners to get the car to plant and pivot.
  16. Steeda's New Adjustable Front Coil Over Kit

Thanks for clarification on wheel rates. IF the wheel rate is 4 in the rear, wouldn't we want to use something approximately like (F) 400 lbs/inch spring rates and (R) 2,000 lbs/inch rates for a more track based setup? With those wheel rates, it would be more like (F) 400# and (R) 500#...
  17. Steeda's New Adjustable Front Coil Over Kit

Can you clarify what 450 lb/in wheel rate would translate to in terms of "spring rate" range? Earlier in this thread, STEEDA mentioned they will use 400 lb/in. springs at their next race. What is the SPRING RATE RANGE that the dampers are valved for? Thanks.
  18. JRZ coilover

If you can afford it, JRZ is the best. I have it on my M3 race car. I cant put into words but it's the best mod I have ever done. I'd do it on the mustang but for baby on the way so need to save money. :(
