You may want to check out this thread... lots of great info for improving cooling on these cars by track folks...

This is the only "out of the box" solution for S550 diff cooling that I am aware of... pricey, but seems to be well made: http://fulltiltboogieracing.com/S550_diff_cooler_kit.html
Ewheels beat me to it... you can test this out by removing the trim and taping some yarn to tail end of the hood... take a drive and see how the yarn moves with speed. You may be surprised what happens.
For data collection/analysis I would recommend a set of aftermarket gauges to give you engine, trans, and diff oil temps. The factory oil temp meter gives a rough ballpark estimate, but I haven't found it to be accurate in comparison to my dedicated oil temp sensor. The cylinder head temp (CHT)...
This tire was not designed to have "deep" thread depth like your everyday tire... even though the thread looks shallow there is still plenty of rubber left. The Firestone guy is probably unfamiliar with specialty tires and is going off of his knowledge of everyday passenger tires where they...
The factory adjustment should be able to get folks back into a reasonable street camber spec, but yeah it is hard to adjust especially for someone without experience doing the adjustment on these cars. The Steeda adjustable camber arm will certainly make the process easier for your everyday...
Maybe if it's strictly a grocery getter... for track conditions (Experienced driver, sticky tires, long sweepers...) a driver side catch can save an engine.

I would probably try and seal what you have first and see if that helps. I've seen folks use plexiglass to create a lid for the 350 intake, otherwise... not sure what would fit the 350 TB. I am still running the stock 15-17 air box myself.
If you have some fabrication resource, two cost...
My initial thought and this is purely my opinion (not to be taken as fact for every situation) ...from a cost to benefit ratio... no, minor aero modifications will not be worth it. There are much more effective cost vs benefit modifications that will make someone faster on track way before aero...
@Flyhalf is the guy to talk to.
Being that the under hood pressures are now changed with the hood venting, I would highly recommend going back to a closed box or since it sounds like you already have a pp tune... ensure that your current air box is completely sealed. Before the hood vents, the...
Look up RaceLouvers... they perform wind tunnel testing and just flat out work. Will require cutting up your hood.
I have just about all the vents you can get for the hood/fenders, custom boxed radiator (to force air through it) and opened up the front grill honeycombs... with these mods I...
Understood. Yeah at that camber setting, a +50 with 20mm spacer and your current 295/35 (27.1" dia) tire it may be really close under full compression. I don't have personal experience with that exact setup so can't say for sure... You would be less likely to have fender contact though if you...
I ran the following setup on street and track without any issue... 19x11 +50 with 20mm spacer and various tire sizes up to 305/30. I am now running a 25mm spacer since I now swap to APEX EC-7s 18x11 setup that are +52. It is just too tight with a 20mm for a +52 and proper tire.
In retrospect...
@aeonrevolution The 2 kits you mentioned are for the IRS cradle bushings... My original problem was due to a torn differential bushing. Just wanted to make sure that you are looking at the right replacement parts. If you actually have a torn diff bushing then you will want to look at Whiteline...
What are your current alignment settings?
You should be able to achieve the alignment settings you want since you have camber plates. Toe is adjustable from the factory and so is rear camber. I would probably recommend - 2 camber up front if you are taking corners more spiritely than the...
