    It can take a good deal of time. I placed my order on 12/10 and still haven't seen anything on COTUS. I get the same error you do. I contacted my dealer and they contacted their Ford rep. She said it should be processed soon and bumped my priority up.

    Placed my order on 12/10 and still haven't noticed anything showing on COTUS with my Order, Dealer and Name. I finally contacted my dealer to ask what was up. He reached out to their rep and she said that she is going to push my order to a higher priority and the build date should be scheduled...

    So is what I was assuming especially with PP2, I did get a Dealer Order Confirmation sheet from them. So I will just give it some time. COTUS gives the this error. "A matching vehicle could not be determined. Please contact your dealer to get status updated about your order."

    Just got this from my dealer, anyone ever heard of anything like this? "I just spoke with my ordering manager and he said that Ford has not yet released the "OK to build" for retail purchases yet. On early new year models Ford requires a certain amount of stock units to be built for dealers...
