Although I really want a 2015 mustang gt for the iconic v8 sound, i'm at least 90% positive I could wait a year and save for a FPC v8 and get over it not sounding as good as a traditional v8, at least to my ears. FPC's do sound pretty damn good in the higher rpms though

Your last line is bs. Engine breaking is fine and better for several reasons. As long as aren't downshifting into some crazy rpms near redline, you are golden. My car has 100k miles and the clutch still feels the same as it did new. Grips just as well too,and the engine is just as nice as day...

So far the reviews are saying the Ecoboost with ballpark 350hp doesn't feel fast. That's a big disappointment. Patiently waiting for reviews on the 5.0 with PP in both auto and manual configurations

Its gotta be an Ecoboost w/PP bc it has the performance package black wheels but no GT badges. That could be the sound of it towards the end.

I agree that this will be the best option but man do I love the feeling of a turbo. Problem is you'll probably have to have a turbo setup custom fabricated under the hood with major modifications to the locations of stuff.

I love that feeling. I want a v8 for the sound but I'm torn because nothing beats that low end torque a turbo provides.
