Yes, mine was dropped 3" front and back before I bought bigger wheels/tires (295/30/20 squared) then I had to raise the front end up about another inch due to rubbing, but the rear is still 3" and doesn't rub at all. Also, 3" is not fully slammed, but pretty close to it. 4-4.5 would be a slam.

3-4 inches drop up front will definitely rub with tires that wide, it shouldn't be much of a problem for the rear, tho. My car is also dropped 3".
