Tell me about it. I never thought I'd have sleepless nights worried about my colour choice. Magnetic with saddle on order but can still change. Thinking about lightning blue and ruby red with black roofs. Decisions decisions.

Hi - have any of you been unfortunate enough to kerb a wheel yet? How robust is the black wheel? Does aluminium shine through stone chips and light kerbing? Some of us will have to let our wives drive it sometimes!! (Joke!)

Black paint Does anyone know what colour the black roof is? Ok it's black you say..... But is it 'shadow black'? Or another metallic black, or a solid black?! Cheers.

Cheers. Possibly will be looking at new exhaust. But genuinely just excited about getting the car. Will enjoy it and then make a change or two if the smile starts to wear off a little (but can't see that happening for a while):)

Thanks all. Do you know if you order the black roof does that need to be declared as a modification on insurance? An aftermarket wrap surely would and would increase insurance costs thereby negating any saving?! Cheers

I've been struggling with colour etc too. I have ordered Magnetic with Saddle leather V8 auto with custom pack (silver will brighten it up). Would have really considered guard if still available but as not still not totally sure. I have weeks maybe until build date given (ordered 3/3/16)...

But would that not mean EB mpg would be better with auto? Auto is 20% worse mpg on EB but 10%+ better on V8?!

Can someone shed light why EB manual delivers better mpg than auto (35 v 28?) but vice versa with GT where manual combined is 20mpg but auto is 23. It's quite significant differences but I and dealer has no idea why this is the case. Cheers. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Thank you I have. But why is that colour so different from lightning blue on F150 or new Raptor or fusion. They all say lightning blue and they are all different.

Anyone else finding the truth about this colour hard to find? Ford configurator is rubbish, dealers haven't got a clue and the Internet provides photos of dozens of shades of blue all called lightning!!! I have my car ordered and have just weeks to make up mind of colour. Unless I can see real...
