Your not going to like the answer. Take them off again and dent them with something blunt like a small deadblow on the pipe and then use another hammer to pound it in a little. I dont think with them on youd be able to do it without risking going through the pipe like you said.

Still could have dropped them more. I drive around all the time on stock Michelins barely over 18. any lower TPMS doesnt like it.

Buy LOADED PP1 A10 with magride and active exhaust. I love my 2020 and its the 3rd S550 ive had. A loaded car will ruin you youll never want a base car again.

That 2300 kit is a better design and better heat exchanger brick. The 18+ HE is tiny thats why Lund wont do them. Honestly I think longtubes and E85 with more timing is best way to go. Rather than pulley down a blower that already makes a ton of heat. Expensive sure but clearly these are 2...

Headers E85 new tune. Otherwise punt the Roush.
