I didn't add bolts with my pro-kit. Dealer got it back in spec on the alignment. Drives great and normal tire wear. It's been installed for the last 18K so if there were a problem I'd know by now.

Yes indeed. A Dragon trip would be fun. And often overlooked but right here in Virginia is VA16 between Marion and Tazewell. Often referred to as "the back of the dragon". Done it on my bike (RC51) but would be great in a car. Not as tight or crowded as the Tail of the Dragon.

Thread is M10 x 1.5. Based on the damaged thread about 2/3 the way up the stud just replace it. Not worth the trouble if the nut galls in that spot when trying to remove. Don't ask me how I know this. Ford has a habit of not using anti-sieze on the exhaust bolts. I've fought this a time or two.
