I have had a reversed wire in a Edelbrock E-force TB harness on a 2005 Mustang GT.Car threw throttle accutator codes and after trying another TB found that the issue was in the harness.Repaired the harness issue sloved been running strong ever since.

My best resuls were at 1850RPM

car ID are painted and taska's aren't thats probably the difference as Airdesign has 2 part numbers FO24A06 non painted + FO24A06AB painted shadow black

SCT claims 11RWHP +14RWTQ using there pre-loaded BDX with 93 octane.That is about 1/2 of what they use to claim on the previous models years so as you said it's harder to get more from just a tune than before.
