No, it's a Whipple unit. I'll have to hunt for the pic of it, but it's based off the Whipple's cai they use for the 5.0 cars. It's a conical filter with a removable lid on it. When my car was at the shop they didn't have a tube in production spec material so it didn't come home with me.

So, I've been running the FR tune with Whipple intercooler and intake since may. It's solid stuff.

The factory intercooler is adequate at best. It's biggest downfall is it's inability to recover from heat soak. My mustang is a daily driver, not a racecar and the hot summers out in California really pushed it to the limits. Once the intercooler gets heat soaked the car starts to pull timing...
