I just changed mine at 8k miles with a track day at laguna seca and a couple autox days. My prior cup2s got about 7500.
I could’ve gotten more out of my recent set but don’t want to chance it with rainy season coming up. If I was heading into spring/summer I wouldn’t have changed.
they do! I want to say it’s about $100 or so? Not 100% sure but you’ll be able to see it when you go to sign up and get to the further stages of the process.

You can leave, the only thing I'd check in with is if Williow Springs will charge you again to come back in. I'm not sure if they allow in/outs with your fee.
I haven't attended extreme speed but can answer your other questions since I've been out to willow springs in my 350.
Gas - A full tank is not enough. I can generally make it through about 2.5 sessions on close to a full tank. Willow does have a gas station but be prepared to pay 2-3x normal...
When you go to start the car next time try this.
push down the clutch and wait like 5-10 seconds without pushing the start button.
