I must see more pictures of the rear deck lid spoiler on the black one.

I did the same with my calipers, once painted it just look like it needed something more. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion, but I really like The way it turned out.

Thanks for posting the pic!! Like he said I just dipped the wheels on my GT took my time and it came out amazing!! One tac coat 4-5 heavy coats and 2 coats of plasti dip glossifier.

I just did my calipers and man does it look good!!! I used G2 complete caliper paint system. Just tape a few thing off and brush on. The paint is self leveling so easy a caveman could do it. Had people already come up to me and ask where I went to get them powdercoated. Check out my post.

It was on jack stands all night in the rain. That rust color will happen to any car, once you apply the brakes it clears right up.

So I finally got around to painting my wheels and calipers. For the wheels I used plasti-dip, started with a tac coat followed by 5 thick coats and 2 coats of plasti dip glossifier. Wheels came out awesome no drips, even color and a nice gloss! For the calipers I used G2 complete caliper paint...

Funny you should mention it. I have the standard 18in wheels and tomorrow I will be plasti-dipping them black with two or three coats of glossifier! I also bought G2 caliper paint kit and will be painting the calipers at the same time. I'll report vback with pictures!

I know its a shot in the dark but I have a black GT trunk with spoiler and would like to trade for black GT W/O spoiler. Worth a try I suppose.

Mine is from PBH. I'm going to be their guinipig and once they get it all sorted out it will be available for purchase. At least that's what I gather.

I need that roush trunk spoiler in my life badly!! Wish I had chosen the delete option... ;(
