Recently traded my ecoboost in for a GT. The Accessport has only left it's black enclosure to tune, and then return the ECU back to factory spec (unmarried)...
I have the enclosure, Plug.. No original box.
Asking $325 shipped, or if you are in the central Florida area we could...
Dropped mine off this morning, the car started acting up before I even got to the dealership (perfect timing)... waited maybe 30 minutes before they confirmed it was the vapor core. There were 2 other vehicles that their AC tech had in queue needing the vapor core replaced, neither were mustangs.
Took it in this morning, about 10 minutes before I arrived to the dealership, both sides decided they didn't want to blow much air (perfect timing) within 30m the tech said "Yep, gonna have to replace the core" and I was back on the road in a explorer limited loaner. They had two other vehicles...
Couldn't really tell you other than the vapor core is faulty, they apparently updated it.... I had that happen as well on a 4 hour drive , I would have to turn the AC on and off every once and a while to get the air going lol... now it doesn't work when I do that, have an appointment tuesday to...
You might be joining the bandwagon that a few of us are on with AC problems... Not sure if your's is related.. But try turning your AC on full blast, and make sure re-circulating air is turned off. See if there's a noticeable difference in the temperature of the air coming out of your driver's...
Hello, from the lovely HOT state of Florida here... Ecoboost 20k miles
I decided to join my family 4 hours away at the beach, I jump on to the turnpike... an hour in my car isn't blowing a lot of air, and it's not cool.. So I suffer the next 3 hours (Luckily it was storming). I get to my...
MBRP has some info on how to "fix" the exhaust from hugging the valance, and it's a little different depending on which system you have.. I have the aluminized system, and here's what they emailed me for that particular system.
"Remove the muffler assembly from the H pipe.
On the end that...
I too have the MBRP race, and I do love the sound.. Very deep and no rasp... One thing that has been bugging me is just like you said.. the left tip is pretty close to the valance, and seems to sag a little bit, which seems to be the case with others who have the same system.
Well all I can say.. Is that I now have to get a dash cam... I live pretty much inside The Villages, Florida ... For those who, don't know it's the fastest growing AND largest retirement community in the world . Pretty much ALL of it is golf cart accessible , I literally fear for my car and my...
I have the MBRP race system , and I must say it makes my appreciate this engine much better, I've heard a lot of the systems .. And it's just appalling how bad a lot of the systems sound . I honestly really haven't even noticed the drone that much , and what bit I do hear doesn't bother me at all.
