I picked up a competitor's version a while back; and compared to the Steeda, see that Steeda has 4 notches in where it mounts to the boot. making for a fool proof install.
Any plans to offer it in different colors?
Here you go, dry fit over the blade spoiler in a few pics, and then placed in front of the blade spoiler to show correct height (but not correct front to back offset)
@ toplessfun
I dried fit it today with a friend, will ask him to post pics on his car (yellow)
It looks incredible on black, can't wait till it gets a tiny bit warmer to put it on. I didn't take any pics of it on black though :(

Spent the last 1.5 hours cleaning up the overspray and roughening the bottom of the spoiler. With a razor blade it is easy to separate the paint from the double sided tape red backing. It curls into a nice piece.. ahh the fumes. Great news - no paint peel to the visible edges! I did...
Thanks Alex, got your PM and reviewed it. I don't mind the underside to be bare (I prefer it) and know it is not visible. This will also help anyone who wants to add extra thick foam tape/adhesive sealant in that crevice adhere better to the part.
In your PM, I don't believe putting new...
Great! Thank you for confirming, I have a few hook tools that I can use to start the strip.
Also - you had no issues with the paint peeling beyond the double sided tape (to the visible edges) once you started to peel the backing, correct? I'm OCD about the paint peeling.
Xantom: if I had to summarize - you used the painted over tape on the spoiler, and removed its backing once the spoiler was loosely screwed in?
If so, any issues with the paint peeling to any visible edges of the spoiler?
Also, what is meant by "used a tool to get the protectant...
Here is how I received mine:
Red boxes = double sided tape painted over. Very tough to peel backing, may? peel paint on visibile edges.
Green boxes = masking/painters tape atop of the double sided tape - same concern as above.
For those who received theirs similar: were you able to peel...
Stab at why: it's for greater visibility/safety purposes of oncoming traffic to more clearly see the signal. The fog light may make the turns less pronounced.
All cars with fog this and it's more pronounced on cars with the LED strip lighting in the headlight (ie: Audi), cosmetically not...
Sounds like you are hearing the steering column lock - it's a loud, sliding noise followed by a click about 1.5-2s long.
Will occur once you power off the vehicle (regardless if you arm it or not).
It is here..
After reading some horror stories of other spoilers damaged in shipping I was relieved to see how well packaged the MMD-V spoiler is.
Not only does it have foam around each 1/3, the edges (I was most concerned about) have additional foam.
1 pic for now. Will install when the...
I had the race, and for a daily I had to shift under 3k to not wake the neighbors. This season, switched to Thunder. Much more suitable for daily driving.
Race sound is very unique, and erotic after 4k and WOT>
When you say bounce, what range did you observe? I use the readout over the gauge mode to see the range a little more accurately (and for recording it).
