Unfortunately, no they do not make the Mustang 4.3 screen with Sirius as a factory option. They do however make the 4.3 screen with Sirius available in Focus and Fusion as a factory option.

Yes, when they program it, they will be matching the radio to the vin - if it is a compatible head unit, it should work.

Unfortunately, no I do not. I asked the seller for it but no luck getting it. It is most certainly out of a premium car with MFT, so not sure how it could be plug and play - I am expecting to have to get it programmed.
