Anyone ever hear this before? I moved my car slightly right now and then I start hearing this noise after I shut it off. I don’t think I’ve ever heard it before.
Don’t mind the background noise, those are my dogs eating.
2018, bought used on 9-23-2019 with 27k miles. Currently has 38,600. Positive that by the end of this year it will be around 60k if I keep driving it like I have been.
Wow, that steeda box flows that much better?
Just bought the steeda box and vmp 69. Just need the Cobra Jet, hoping to find a good deal on a used ported one.
Being by myself 120 miles away from home I found myself not being able to concentrate wondering if my stuff was OK.. I got to a point where I was like well, if they steal my stuff hopefully I can find some used for cheap lol. To me, that was the hassle.
I just dont want to have to carry a jack and extra wheels in the car, then having to remove them and placing them on the side worrying if someone is going to steal them.
Mickey Thompson ET Street Rs are legit. Bradenton from my house was like 124 miles one way. I drove there and switched, yeah it was too much of a hassle for me so I drove back home with the tires on. I don’t think I’ll personally do that again.
Not bad! I think your mph in the 1/8 is around where a stock 5.0 will be. That was mine. Now on a tire, tune and cat delete mph has gone up to a 97.
At Bradenton I ran an 11.3 at 123 so once you add the tires, you’ll see a huge improvement!
Nice! You think its related to the CAI needing a tune revision or CJ/CAI as a whole?
I just installed the Steeda Closed box on stock Manifold and it seems kinda Jerky, just sent in a request with some logs to see if they can be revised.
In case anyone was curious.
Tires: 305-45-17 Mickey Thompson ET Street Rs.
Race Star wheels. One 9.5 other 10.5. Both around 25psi.
9.5 weighed around 53lbs
10.5 around 57lbs.
I have had my car sitting for the past week and I cant take it anymore lol, I decided to drive my daily since I've been putting so many miles on my 5.0 but I'm dying inside lol.
Oh wow lol!
Wow!!!
Oh I plan on keeping mine forever as well! With the amount of driving that I do, If I didn't...
I was thinking of that, but I actually wanted to make it to even include a Gen 1 motor. I was more so curious to see a coyote motor in general, in a mustang with high miles, seen some trucks pushing close to 300k miles.
