My V6 once its all warmed up ranges between 186 to 210 on average. Seems normal.

Heard back from ford. Throttle body needs to be replaced. They did an emergency order and said it should be in tomorrow and should have the car later on tomorrow evening. I will probably keep the stock intake on after I get it back, at least for a little while anyway.
